The Company is engaged in the evaluation, exploration, development and production of industrial mineral properties in Newfoundland and Labrador. The Company’s principal asset is the Great Atlantic salt deposit project (Great Atlantic Salt Project), located in the St. George Basin of western Newfoundland. Its Gypsum Project is three kilometers (km) southwest of Great Atlantic salt deposit, which is an early-stage and open-pit production from the Ace deposit. Its Nepheline Syenite Property consists of a surface occurrence of nepheline syenite along the southern Labrador highway. The project is located approximately six km from tide water.

I could be wrong, but we are dealing with a resource with minimal surface disturbance, no chemical waste, abundance value and job creation that will have some political will steam. A bid could be done contigent to environmental permitting and the bidder would start to pay for the process at own risk. We are talking of industry changing resource for 50-100 years. So, anyone in the Salt business who want to gain control may see a billion dollars as cheap change. How much would the owners of overseas mines pay to protect their 10M+ tonnes a year import market? How much would someone else pay to get that cake from them? To me , that's the true value here. Imo, not 76 but 10+ sooner than latter is realistic.
