RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Saltarelli is in the catbird seat...Rathjen failed to capitalize Bioasis by either deals or equity financing that reflected the value and opportunity of xB3. She could not and did not accomplish either.

She was, however, able to borrow money with destructive terms that led to an "accretive" strategic sellout.

That sellout appears to have taken almost 18 months to affect, time enough to attempt something better for shareholders.

What I would like to know is whether Ladenburg Thalmann demanded a "standstill" in Bioasis operations and xB3 promotion, because that's what it certainly looks like. Did Bioasis stand down without disclosing it?
