Tricon Deal & rising Charger demand for Mixed-use buildings

Under Hypercharge Networks' (HC.n) deal with Tricon Residential, the EV Charging Infrastructure company will provide EV charging to 2 of Tricon's mixed-use commercial-residential properties in Downtown Toronto. 


Natural Resources Canada estimates EV adoption to reach 60% in Canada by 2030. So, many more people will want EV charger access close to their homes, including those in apartments, condos, etc. 


HC is proving 9 charging ports Tricon as a part of this deal but considering that EV demand and 

mixed-use development construction is on the rise, I think HC should see many more contracts like this in the future,
