RE:Construction costs

RE:Construction costsI assume this no. was revealed in May 3 webinar. I wish they would put this stuff in writing. So the $25 million to be spent over 5 years includes the 240 tpy plant + $11 million for expansion. How much expansion does $11 million get us? 2000 tpy?

Zevo wrote: Total expected to be approx 13-14 million - actively negotiating with strategic investors.

-financing will be arranged in phases
-all financing will be completed through nbm Korea to minimize dilution
-company very conscious of dilution and wish to have minimal impact to shareholder as possible

Phase 1 financing will be approx be 3-5 million and will get them started - will be enuf financing to get them through for about 3-4months. Strategic partner.

Actively working with their over 30 NDA’s now( yes 30!!!) for potential off take agreement or JV. This will time well over the next 3-4 mths and that will determine their financing going forward. Very smart imo. Plan is to finance minimal as possible at current market cap levels! With further financing when company is valued at more reasonanle levels ;)

Get excited people - you are dealing with true pros!
