- 99% Reduction of Annual Lease Payments or Payment of 1% of the Officially Assessed Land Value with Maximum Lease Period of 50 Years
- Annual Lease Payment can be minimized to zero upon the completion of the construction and the fulfillment of requirements by the Province
- May be fully exempted of corporation tax, income tax, land transfer tax, and customs tax for 5 years and may be reduced to 50% for an additional two years
