RE:RE:RE:RE:New Flash report from TDW

RE:RE:RE:RE:New Flash report from TDWYour question is a good one Eric; and to be honest I am not really sure how I can up with that figure.  Numbers are funny that way sometimes but I will try to examine my thinking.

Refurb (100M) +debt (130M) + equity (???) = total value of the smelter

I bought this stock because I dont belivee the world can build anymore/many-more zinc smelters. Electricy cost and NIMBY my reasons for saying this. As such, the stock of smelters should appreciate; double that for those that are on hydro-eoectricity.

$2.25/share woudl value the equity piece of my above equation at $115M; and the smelter at $345M. As I look at this equation, I believe I am still undervaluing this smelter quite a bit at $2.25.

Perhaps a smelter value of $500m is more appropriate  - and that would drive an equity valuation portion of $270m or $5.30 a share.

Enough mental masturbation for me for the day. I guess I have convinced myself that even at $2.25 I would not entertain a takeout offer. BRING IN THE NEW DIRECTORS.
