So two things I'm wondering.

1) How much do these bottlenecks constrain growth?

If they need to build a patient management team as the system grows that's going to act as a brake. Can they automate the process of managing adherence? She basically said it's a team thing (reliq team is better than the clients team) so it doesn't sound automated atm.

2) And how much does greater patient management on the system impact margins?
I can't see how greater management of patients on the system doesn't lead to greater expense and eat into margins.

Presumable Reliq team train adherence then Reliq team must scale up as patient numbers scale up.

Sounds like patient management is more complex. The cash cows need more care
