1) How much do these bottlenecks constrain growth?
If they need to build a patient management team as the system grows that's going to act as a brake. Can they automate the process of managing adherence? She basically said it's a team thing (reliq team is better than the clients team) so it doesn't sound automated atm.
2) And how much does greater patient management on the system impact margins?
I can't see how greater management of patients on the system doesn't lead to greater expense and eat into margins.
