Q22 Do you actually do any DD on the Company before posting? They already have an existing care management team and that is also one of the things Cognizant does for them. The only difference is Reliq or Cognizant will do it for all clients instead of some cities trying to do it themselves.

It doesn't impact margins. Their care manager time is100% paid by the Medicare care management. Care management is already included in the COS and will go up as sales go up.
