RE:RE:RE:Bottlenecks
RE:RE:RE:Bottlenecks Do you read? I'm talking about growing the care management team, that assumes I know one exists. It's not unproblematic or cost-free to grow a skilled team of employees.
Lisa is identifying it as a bottleneck. It's an important first step to do that so good for her but bottlenecks need solutions. It's that solution that concerns me. Solutions cost money and don't always work. If you have any history with this company you would understand this. They've tried to plug in third party on-boarding teams before and it was part of their previous failed reboots.
We are talking about remote monitoring. It become a wee bit less remote if you have to continually hold the hand of each patient and nudge and coax and encourage them toward adherence and to keep them adhered. How much you have to do that determines how much it costs and how much revenue is delayed. I don't get why you don't understand that, it's pretty obvious.
As I said before the conference call, revenue is not accelerating the way I might expect. I applaud Lisa for shedding light on these bottlenecks. It's not just about Covid waves and hurricanes holding back revenu, there are internal issues in the business to grapple with, I wanted transparency on that and thankfully she gave us some. Presumably the next step up in revenue will come when (if) they deal with those issues. The investors FAQs should shift to pumping her on these bottlenecks. Meanwhile expect quarterly revenue to grow at the present rate (1/2 million per quarter).
BTW I'm still struggling to understand this $15mil in the pipeline. She's talking as though it's inevitable but I don't understand how that can be.

The only difference is Reliq or Cognizant will do it for all clients instead of some cities trying to do it themselves.
It doesn't impact margins. Their care manager time is100% paid by the Medicare care management. Care management is already included in the COS and will go up as sales go up.
