juniorbullalive wrote: Well , given we are at .17 cents , the answer is obvious - of course . Yet , the current price is massivley undervalued on assets alone ( probably well over $1 per share ) and an acquirer normally pays a multiple of 3 to 5 x cash flow . So this year ( lets assume $4.50 copper , March copper is $4.15 today ) with 15- 20 million pound production ( assuming $2 cost to produce) its definitley a good price. But what about 2024 when production goes to 33 million pounds , and after that Uncle Jed projects 100 million pounds in 2 to 3 years - AND , what if , Morocco turns out to be a whopper of a silver copper deposit ? Who knows - maybe they accept a price like $1.50 per share and spin Morocco out to shareholders and ride that as an extremely exciting silver/copper world class discovery ?
Well ,we can dream cant we ? Stranger things have happened in the mining world . I remember years ago with whoppers of discoverys ( Stikine , Hemlo , Voisey Bay etc etc ) single stocks could jump from $1 to $20 , $30 in a matter of days ) Even Redsmear remembers that - I doubt if Pound would though .
Strap in for an exciting ride folks . The current large accumulation of TM shares makes me think someone is thinking along similiar lines .
