RE:should WEF increase the divi or buy cancel shares in 2023 ?I am not a rabid fan of share buybacks. I can see it when the share price is incredibly low, which is where we are at right now.. so yeah...but otherwise leave it for those companies that habitually increase their float with options to insiders in lieu of cash.  Concentrate on increasing the profitability of the enterprise is what I would tell mgmt. Give me the divvy as my reward for being a shareholder and let me decide where to put that cash...either to reinvest thru perhaps a divy reinvestment program or better yet let me buy the occasional bottle of my  choice!
