RE:RE:Clarity

RE:RE:ClarityYes we have discussed this privately, and you have made that point, correctly I might add. I guess your point is that they were between a rock and a hard place. But my point is, is just with the terrible way they were disclosing information at that time. I guess I'm the type that wants the truth, even if it is horrible. But they still could have told us that, they got $4B and used $400M of it for posting LC's for some contracts, and guarantees for some other possible Law Suits arising from those contracts. Which would have been partially true. Typical of communication of those times right?

Either way, I just posted thiis, to clarify to the posters here, what we've concluded, to what really happened to the balance of the $400M. Folks don't expect $400M more.

I don't think . considering at the time what state Bombardier was in financially, that it would have been a good Idea, as I stated before, that bombardier would tell the world that the moneys put there as collateral, also included the reasoning of the possibility of chapter 11. I think it personally, that it was best to just divulge what had to be divulged and not go any further.

I belive I stated that to you also !

Despite, how I interpreted the wording on their oficial website. We're only getting the $400M from the posted Collateral. Turns out the Bomber did get $400M less from the BT closing at the time. But that $400M short was used for the collateral money. Bombardier's communication skills to describe, why we ended up with $3.6B instead $4B on the BT closing leaves a lot to be disired. Remember those times of the closing of BT in Jan. 29, 2021, they had their hands full with the closing to be able to communicate to their shareholders, that they actually had to use the $400M from the proceeds of the sale to the posting of $400M as collateral to appease Alstoms concerns. I guess it was too hard for them to communicate the truth, to their Shareholders. Tipical of everything they did during those times. I'm glad the're more transparent now. Cheers
