RE:RE:RE:RE:New report is out Jan 9 - Sale of US assets approved I'll take a stab at translating what all this means.  A key part of xbc will soon be sold to pay the creditors.  The transaction will very likely take place and by Feb 7th it can be concluded that what's left of the company has no value.  The winners are the bank, lawyers, accountants, and executive who have turned this company into dust while receiving high salaries.  Sucks for sure, I thought I was doing the right thing by investing in the green economy but will not do that again.  These guys were a bunch of thieves.
