Bioasis Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based biopharmaceutical company focused on research and development of technologies and products intended for the treatment of patients with nervous system, including central nervous system, diseases and disorders. The Company is engaged in the development of its xB 3 platform, which is a peptide-based technology, for the transport of therapeutic agents, in particular biological products, across the blood-brain barrier (BBB). It is focused on both orphan drug indications, including brain cancers, and rare genetic neurodegenerative diseases and neuroinflammatory conditions. The Company is also focused on its Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF) platform for treating rare and orphan neurodegenerative and neuroinflammatory disorders. EGF is a protein that stimulates cell growth and differentiation, notably for myelin producing cells. Its development programs include xB3-001: Brain Metastases, xB3-002: Glioblastoma and xB3-007: Neurodegenerative Disease.

We wish we did have children living close to us, Craig. But they all live over 500 km from us.

One thing about our children, Craig. They sure are good lookin' and they are smaaaaaaaart! My goodness!

Yours, well, they look like you and you look like somebody put a fire out on your face with a shovel.

I hope they're smart.

But genes have influence on that.

Education can make up for it, though, Craig.

Don't home scool them, Craig. Find somebody who knows something about science to teach them.
