RE:Withholding TaxAt these prices I would never sell. Even if the withholding tax is imposed, one will eventually see a double in their capital gains plus distributions (still over 70% below pre-pandemic) which more than offsets any possible tax.

This is probably the sweetest deal out there now. A month ago I mentioned CHR as another great undervalued play. The airlines have now started to make a move, but it's still not too late there either. I don't think HOT is far behind.
