RE:RE:RE:Only 78 months left, give or take! No no no. You're looking at this all wrong. If those fail to materialize we can just vote on new ones. After a consolidation I would not be opposed to topping them up. The key is to price it low and then have them vest later on certain milestones so that when or if they get exercised there's enough gain to be able to pay the taxes but if they don't vest than it's ok because there are no tax obligations and the boys still got their salaries. It's important to keep management motivated.

Or does he get 3,000,000 new shares which would be like receiving 30 mill current shares? They always keep the consolidation on the table for no reason that makes sense. Hopefully this is not the real reason and for sure Toray and BH would have something to say about that.

And even the septics seems surprised about the degree of BS this company is capable of.
And on the other side of the spectrum, remember those guys who were claiming we were entering a health season that would yield an increased pace of enrollment?
NOPE. NOPE. NOPE.
And now, look at what MM will do with his posts.
1. Feign concern and demand action.
2. Actually, he already started 2. before 1. : minimize the issue (quality is better than pace).
But he will now underscore this "vital" necessity of quality.
3. Point out all the fantastic facts that are supposed to boost this stocks value in the near to intermediate future.
4. Cast aside reasonable investors like me who have lost almost all hope in this company as if their opinion was worthless (even if they are much more correct in their valuation than he is).
5. Use his satellite accounts to unite behind his propaganda.
Remember this: never will his bunch recognize that they were wrong in predicting that tangible successes in the field would lead to an increase in share price. Add to that the fact that management and BoD are pretty much useless bunnies on the ground and you have yourself a sub 50 cent stock for another 2 years in the making. After that, it is pure speculation, and claiming the SP will one day rise above 1 dollar for current investors is based on zilch.
