"poof asks why the Midatech stock is trading so low.

Midatech is essentially being bought out by LT and The Placee who will own over 75% of the company."

Midatech put in a walk-away provision and can walk from the financing if Midatech is below $.90. I believe Midatech's CEO said he could have put together a syndicate as an option to the financing with Armistice.

"If the 20-day VWAP prior to Closing is less than $0.90, the Company may terminate the Private Placement without penalty;" Midatech news release
