Spectral Medical Inc. is a Canada-based late-stage theragnostic company advancing therapeutic options for sepsis and septic shock. I believe Baxter made a deal a few years ago and maybe Management are dragging this out for more (we all know why).

Now that Baxter is in this, you could see the FDA give them an early Approval to use, because of the deaths it will save.
