The index is a measure of small-cap company U.S. stock market performance. It is a float-adjusted, market capitalization-weighted index of 600 U.S. operating companies selected through a process that factors in criteria such as liquidity, price, market capitalization, financial viability and public float. The fund is non-diversified.

The last hurdleThe last hurdle of fixing the cost in a firm contact has been inked.If any major miner was waiting for SBB to lock out inflasion it was done with todays news.The market does to understand that the risk to a major to buy SBB is now gone.Todays news firmly puts SBB in play as I see it.Its all upside from here buy out or no buy out.
