Oncolytics Biotech Inc. is a clinical-stage biotechnology company. There is no expected changes in management or team members other than the already announced change in CEO. And decisions on acquisition targets have been made. The only thing will be for the new CEO to review and rubber-stamp what has most likely has been decided on, except for the acquisition value - which will likely signficant higher now for ONCY, for example, given the demise of Roche's CD47 and anti-TIGIT prospects.
