RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Could The Ellipses Leak Force a Plan B?

RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Could The Ellipses Leak Force a Plan B?poof, you're dragging the horse behind the cart. If Bioasis postponed deals then that would ultimately prevent bIoasis from fixing those financial issues. The postponing, if it happened, may actually have CAUSED the final financial stresses.

I have no doubt about the financial stresses. But were the stresses caused by Rathjen and the BoD and are Rathjen and Saltarelli going to benefit from their own failures at Bioasis, whether those failures were caused by incompetence, neglect or whether they have been inflicted on purpose for their own benefit?

It's a simple question, and neither of us can answer it.

Was Bioasis deliberately allowed to drift into failure in order to get this deal done?

There is no accusation in that. It is a question based on evidence and is a call to have it investigated.

This "merger" should be postponed or cancelled, and an injunction obtained against Lind's foreclosure on Bioasis assets until Bioasis shareholders get some answers. The Ellipses leak is a signal that there were things going on that the Bioasis management and, possibly, the BoD wanted to keep from shareholders.

Again, the shareholders did not create the leaked presentation, nor did they leak it. The presentation stated that a deal was done with Ellipses. It is a positive statement in the past tense.

If it turned out that there was no deal with Ellipses, then was Rathjen prepared to lie about it to whomever was intended to be shown that presentation? Unlikely. That audience, at least consisting of Midatech, lawyers, and accountants would have discovered the issue in their due diligence, I would think. BUt what did LT and The Placee know? Were thay a part of it? Did they know about Ellipses. Probably, maybe likely.

Or was the leak so serious in the sense that a deal was being hidden from shareholders, that the deal had to be cancelled to avoid accusations of malfeasance on the part of Rathjen, for certain, and maybe the entire BoD.

I also would suggest that others like Midatech and Ladenburg Thalmann would have known about an Ellipses deal. It would also be in their interests to keep the deal secret from Bioasis shareholders and other investors until Biodexa and LT and The Placee could benefit from it. Would that make it a conspiracy against Bioasis shareholders?

With Midatech's CEO touting the huge value of xB3, something that Bioasis shareholders also believe, there is no doubt that the high value of xB3 provides lots of motive to do whatever was needed to get the "merger" done.
