The constitution mentions only three laws, treason, piracy and counterfeit. All three have been grievously violated. Treason via the dual nature of title. They lie (today outright steal) title and once possessed act on its characteristic as a negotiable to higher up titles and ultimately the printing press(fiat). By doing so they take directive from the defacto or sea law empire and against the dejure and so are pirates by agency. Gold and silver are real money. They moved into derivative by gold backed, then moved into counterfeit by severing the ties of backing. They did the same which resulted in paper gold. They claim the constitution doesn't work. It doesn't work for them because they would be criminally prosecuted if it were practiced.
