RE:What we have here is a failure to negotiate...I wish they would have disclosed conditions of their contracts.All they ever did really was state "unnamed client" to us.Once or twice  in 20 years they did name a client but it never came to repeat busines.And worse yet they never disclosed why.
I wonder if they had a clause which guarenteed results ,as in a % of recovery,and failing that it would explain no repeat clients...
We will never know the truth.
