That's just WRONG, man! Bioasis MUST pay you, per the terms of your contract. Bioasis needs to list what they owe you as part of their debts in their quarterly & annual reporting. If not included, their reporting isn't accurate and must be reporterd. Had no idea Bioasis/DR did that and, as a SH, I find it appalling.
