It is focused on three current antiviral categories: Neuraminidase Inhibitors, Nucleoside Analogs and Iminosugars. Its wholly owned subsidiary is TFChem S.A.R.L.

It is nonsense. Due to non-disclosure, we are trading at 10 cents. Due to non-disclosure, due diligence can not be made of Sirona since we know nothing of future expected revenues and NPV cannot be calculated.

When other parties in the industry enter into agreement with Abbvie with full disclosure, I see no reason why Sirona cannot do the same. The market is competitive everywhere, no reason for present behaviour.
