RE:RE:RE:RE:Book value minus break fees = ?Good point. Fitch does not use BBB-, but S&P does.

Pages 10, 11, and 15 of AQN's Investor Update January 2023 presentation mentions their current BBB rating but doesn't appear to indicate which agency that rating is from. It's not from Moody's since they use a different alpha-numeric ratings scale.

If it's from Fitch, that is the lowest investment grade rating like you stated. If it's from S&P, they have the BBB- investment grade rating as a safety net. Regardless, as mentioned, unless they get a downgrade before the asset sales are completed, I'm quite sure they will maintain their BBB rating regardless of what it takes re. asset sales.
