RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Book value minus break fees = ?A  Canadian  bond   rating  service   is   DBRS  .  Note  that  AQN   has to  pay  to  these  rating   sevices   annually.   Also    a company can  be rated  differently   by different  agencies    like    one   could    rate     company   X      A   while  different  rating  agency  may   rate   it   BBB  .  Often  rating agencies  will   put   out  a  warning   saying   the rating  is   "UNDER  REVIEW"  particularly  if triggered  by a specific   out of the ordinary event-----like  an acquisition. .   Since   AQN   operates  and    listed   in   both countries    likely   has  a  DBRS   rating   and   at    least  one   American.  Usually    both ratings   are   the same  but can vary  as noted above.  Many  institutions   will  have  a policy   ---only   buy  investment  grade  ie    BBB   or   higher    .   If   downgraded   below   BBB   their  policies   may   require   them  to sell  the security .
