Bioasis Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based biopharmaceutical company focused on research and development of technologies and products intended for the treatment of patients with nervous system, including central nervous system, diseases and disorders. The Company is engaged in the development of its xB 3 platform, which is a peptide-based technology, for the transport of therapeutic agents, in particular biological products, across the blood-brain barrier (BBB). It is focused on both orphan drug indications, including brain cancers, and rare genetic neurodegenerative diseases and neuroinflammatory conditions. The Company is also focused on its Epidermal Growth Factor (EGF) platform for treating rare and orphan neurodegenerative and neuroinflammatory disorders. Fuzzy, I'm sorry, I thought you would understand my answer to your snoopy questions into my private affairs. I have never had an agreement terminated by anything other than companies being sold, management changes and the like.

I'm not an employee. I've been self-employed for almost 25 years. Contracts come, contracts go. (Bioasis seems to have had a number of agreements just fade away.)

Bioasis did not terminate me. I terminated that contract and I can prove it.
