Gojotv responded to your misleading posts that WEE tec used too much water, and thus was not a success. Your response was flakier than your original posts...and not on subject at all. Delighted you don't hold shares in WEE, have you ever held them ? 
As to WEE, failure, imo, is the result of management who knew nothing about the oil industry, and very little about business in general.
As Himmler suggests, for most of us it was a speculation, and can be written off against capital gains from other stocks sold. I have a whole spec portfolio, have lots of fun with it, and make some super profits from those I get right, and occasional asskicks from the WEE's of life........it's a roller coaster for sure...
