Well the last PP was at 40 cents, and there are around 63-70M shares floating around, so that gives a valuation around 25M.

The merger with AAJ, based on last stock price and 4-1 consolidation, puts share value at 56 cents, so a bit higher.

So market cap range is probably 25-35M, based on raises only.

Where the market values this is anyone's guess. Copper has been on a tear, so that should help. Maybe someone else can do a valuation comparison based on actual assets.
