dividendExcellent  for those  folks!

Helps reduce the  price of the  shares they purchased at the higher price  ( or you could  say  they bought  new shares recently and got their money back  but the other shareholders received dilution!!

Agree  ,  company  is in need of  money  , so to pay out dividend just rewards  some shareholders at the expense of the many!!
