But what tabulation produces the more accurate estimate of a particular block - two or three holes drilled through one 5,000 tonne sample - or extracting and processing the complete sample and weighing the actual gold it yields?

So yes, the FS is to provide a minimum case for financing Windfall. But here, it is being used - or interpreted in a way to dilute the NPV of the project, resulting in more share dilution when it comes to rising new capital to completethe mine.

And that is the harm that this FS has done to current shareholders. It is management's task to reduce that gap, using all the legal tools thay have. The share price, which is well off its high from nearly one year ago BEFORE the bulk sample was extracted, is not reflecting the real value of the deposit.

OSK have to abide by the rules, same as all other mining/exploration companies in Canada.

Yes, the bulk sample will give a better idea of what is in the ground, that is why I started my previous post by saying that the real value of Windfall will be when it is mined.

If shareholders are selling because the FS is not to their liking, then it's because they don't understand how the rules and process of proceding to production have to be applied. The FS only used about half of the discovered gold, due to inferred ounces not being included.

As long as you are willing to hold shares to when they go in to production, these current valuations are a buying opportunity. The FS predicts around 300k ounces production a month. The bulk sample suggests it will be 50% higher. I'm a buyer at these prices.

So many investors can't see the wider picture or don't understand how the rules affect the calculations in a FS. I'm using that to my advantage. Any large producer will also understand that if they are looking to buy OSK.
