National Bank Lifts Price Target on Bombardier on Preliminary Q4 Results 'Much Better' Than Forecast
2023-01-17 01:05:10 PM ET (MT Newswires)

01:05 PM EST, 01/17/2023 (MT Newswires) -- National Bank on Tuesday raised the price target on Bombardier (BBD-B.TO, BBD-A.TO) to $67 from $65 after the company reported preliminary fourth-quarter results better than the recently updated forecast.

The company's shares rose 7.5% on last look on Tuesday.

National Bank maintained its outperform rating on the company as it raised the revenue outlook to $6.9 billion from the previously expected outlook of more than $6.5 billion for the full year of 2022.

"We are encouraged by the better than expected financial performance in Q4 and we maintain our positive view on the stock supported by good visibility on revenue and earnings growth, a still healthy business jet market, and an improving leverage profile," the analysts said.
