According to Scott MoePremier   of   Manitoba   they  run  a coal  fired   power   plant   there  with  the same   pollution   as   natural  gas   using    scrubbers   or  whatever  so   AQN    could   keep  Kentucky   as  coal  fired  but   just   add    carbon   emission  control  to   bring  up to natural gas   or better.
