You will find the answer in their  promotional skills bringing aboard high quality institutional ownership of Benchmark........

Wow, incredible promotional skills !!!  They just released their PEA and they can't generate any volume. The share price went from 1,20$ to 0,30$ in the last year, so it's not very different than SGNL.

As for the difference in market cap, Benchmark's PEA shows a NPV of 589M$ for 1,94M ounces of gold recovered, and it has spiked to a market cap of 125M$.

SGNL's FS shows a NPV of 328M$ for 1,1M ounces recovered, and we presently have a market cap of 68M$.

If you do the math correctly, you won't see much of a difference between the two. But if you feel that Benchmark's promotional skills are so superior, you should get out of SGNL and buy Benchmark instead.
