Bioasis Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based biopharmaceutical company focused on research and development of technologies and products intended for the treatment of patients with nervous system, including central nervous system, diseases and disorders. I hear you, OttawaPeter. I think I'm at peace on some level. I did my share. I think I've been right about xB3.

We've dealt with failure for years but this assassination is so very clinical, so perfect. If Rathjen had put the effort into succeeding as she did with this sellout, we'd probably be ok.

By the way, the WAIVER AND AMENDMENT AGREEMENT was included in the Dec 20 filings, the first "Other material contracts - English" document above the "Material change report - English" of the same date.
