Looking at the pre-open bid/ask for the TSX I see that someone is trying to depress the price at open. Right now it is sitting at 61.42 (however, not very high volume). I could be wrong, but that generally seems to be a good signal that institutional investors are trying to scoop up a bunch of shares which will push the price up significantly after open. We'll see, but I like to see this much better than when the pre-open is much higher than last closing price.
