The Company's upstream operations include oil sands projects in northern Alberta, thermal and conventional crude oil, natural gas and natural gas liquids (NGLs) projects across Western Canada, crude oil production offshore Newfoundland and Labrador and natural gas and NGLs production offshore China and Indonesia. The Company's downstream operations include upgrading and refining operations in Canada and the United States, and commercial fuel operations across Canada.

Borger fire news..

from various news feeds all saying the same thing ..

"U.S. crews extinguished a fire on Tuesday, local media reported earlier that the fire had occurred in the storage tank farm at the Borger complex, shutting a state highway near the refinery.

All workers at the refinery were accounted for, and the cause of the incident is being investigated, a company spokesperson said."

NOTHING POSTED as to the status of the refinery itself either from the newsfeeds or the PHILLIPS 66 refinery website...dwdc
