Conquest Resources Limited is a mineral exploration company that is exploring for gold, copper, nickel, lithium, uranium and other precious and base metals on mineral properties located in Ontario. The Company's projects include Belfast-TeckMag, Alexander Gold, Smith Lake Gold and Lake Nipigon Basin. The Belfast-TeckMag Project is a hybrid of the Company’s five properties in the Temagami Mining Camp, located northeast of Sudbury in Northern Ontario, namely the Belfast Copper, TeckMag, Golden Rose, DGC, and JPC Properties. The Alexander Gold Property is strategically located east of the Red Lake and Campbell mines in the heart of the Red Lake Gold Camp. The Smith Lake Property consists of six patented mining claims and 181 mining claims covering approximately 2,915 hectares of land located within the Missanabie-Goudreau Greenstone Belt in Leeson, Stover, and Rennie Townships in northern Ontario. The Lake Nipigon Basin Property is located south of Black Sturgeon Lake in Nipigon, Ontario.

Back in the 1990's I was a shareholder in Conquest as it had a couple of sites that were full of "potential". Unfortunately I could not take the potential to the bank. After a few years with the shares struggling around the 15 to 20 cent mark I got into a debate with one of the Directors as to when and if they could ever create any value for shareholders. I made a remark about the SP likely going back to the 5 cents range and he countered with a statement saying the SP would hit 50 cents long before it ever went back to 5 cents. A while later I sold out at around 10 cents. Now about 25 years later they are still in business and the share price is 2 1/2 cents. Never did ever see 50 cents. Someone has likely made money but not many of the shareholders. Sometimes the Venture Exchange never changes.
