RE:Financing disaster
Well sure float another $50 million of these dreadful FT shares and see what happens. I'll tell you what happens the people that are buying these shares for the most part are people with tax problems. And in many cases not buying them for the company but the tax write off. And just as soon as those shares become tradeable boom, back into the market they come. Because you know what? They don't wanna have another tax problem and have to sell these shares and pay a capital gains tax.
Surely on what seems to be shaping up as a world class discovery they could be doing a conventional finacing say at a discount to the market or a share and a warrant. But noooo it would appear the only way they can sell this POS is to do a FT financing. And guess what - theres still plenty of work to do here so there will be in all likelyhood another $50 million FT financing and then another who knows. Just more dilution, dilution, dilution the enenmy of every investor.
Not the time to buy this POS in my opinion more good drill results will not likely move the stock the world already knows theres something here. I would wait for the feasibility study to be done etc. if in fact there is something here which it looks like there is.
