that was a autocorrect :)  Or I just couldn't resist.  You did suggest my motives were ulterior.  So, I apologize.  I think you owe me the same.

The share price is important.

There are people who invested in this years ago believing in it.  For some reason now they could need the money.  So they would have to sell.  Usually, the simple mom and dads who someone told them they should buy this.

But if they need to sell now,  they end up losing money despite their years of commitment to the company.

Am I a trader?  Generally no.
I woud be willing to hold for a long time.

Right now I consider this a trade, with the potential to someday become a long time hold.
Because the goods are there.
But there is certainly reason to be concerned.

I don't want to see a pump and dump.  I want to see it go up to fair value.

If I see some concern for shareholders, perhaps I will still own it when it does get bought out in 4 years.
In the meantime, I'm not going to sit around at .33 or even .75.  If that happens, it shows that the company cannot convince people of it's value.

Summary, I would love to hold long.  But unless they start to put some effort into the market valuing the company at what it should be....I might have to sell someday.  And I don't want it to be at a shareprice 1/3 of what it is worth.

I'll await your apology.
