RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:RE:Remaining Resources for Argyle DepositSpinning out Point Rousse to shareholders will unlock its considerable value.
And no, MAE does not enter the picture except as a proxy indicator of value.
MAE has a market cap of $27 million but needs $75 million to get into production.
Thats an enterprise value greater than $100 million .
In no way does MAE match Point Rousse fundamentals.....and we have $125 million in economic reserves of gold ready for the mill.
Project value was stated to be $38 million in one of the analysts report quoted on this Board.
And don't forget that shipping Goldboro ore to Point Rousse remains an economically interesting option .
Besides the exploration potential for Point Rousse, the Tilt Cove property can compete with any high quality advanced exploration project in Canada .
Its previous half dozen mines has barely scraped the surface , including the very high grade Nugget Pond block.
You can view this project at this link...(

Signal spun out a light asset company couple of years ago but not to shareholders .
Shareholders received no benefit .
I fear the same will be done with Point Rousse.
Currently Point Rousse contributes nothing to our market cap.
Even if it's Spinout to shareholders achieved the market cap of MAE ( $27 m ), it would add about $0.13 / share to our market cap.
It would do much much better than that .
Point Rousse and Goldboro are mispriced assets.
Those types of assets are what I and other investors look for.
The problem here is complete lack of professional level of promotion and a management team that
needs to be prodded to produce or get turfed out.
In short, shareholders need to regain structured control of our investment here so that full value can be unlocked.
Unless we do, we will be having this same squabbling this time next year and further underwater..
