Nov 2, 2022 press release quote: Subsequent to the period ended March 31, 2022, Empower closed the Hamilton and Mississauga Medi-Collective clinics after concluding that they did not meet its expansion goals following an operational review.

The Medi-Collective has six remaining clinic locations.

Of the six remaining, now 3 more are closing per the Jan 11, 2023 press release "the three affected clinics are in London and Kitchener, Ontario as well as 440 Brown's Line in Etobicoke, Ontario. These clinics will cease operations under the TMC brand in the Company's first quarter of 2023."

So now they are down to 1 medical clinic and 2 rehab/chiro clinics only remaining in operation originally from 8 at beginning of 2022.

One would have guessed that medical clinics located in these parts of Ont would be in demand and self-sustaining?

Here's a video from Apr 2022 at the ribbon cutting ceremony discussing company plans and acquiring two more clinics (that never happened!) talking about north of $4 million in revenues or more (see 17th minute of video).

This is the level of failure by this "big talk" joke CEO - any wonder why we closed at 2 pennies today?
