Highly remarkableThe deliberate removal of the investor presentation is indeed a big tell that something extremely unusual is happening with the company. It has always been front and center on the web page and to my eyes was extremely professional and well done, with an excellent structure and order to the whole thing. 

They are doing something, and not just sprucing up the web site.
