RE:MOU's and Investing - Contract or Smokescreen It should also be noted that the company still has an open PP at .12 of which they disclosed they could close a third tranche. Last tranche raised  $116k. Not the easiest of markets to raise capital so hopefully company can close this next tranche for more. Gracias. Tik tok. Grinnnn and Spin. Cheers mate.
