Responsibilities

Gather program & project requirements and shape the program in a way that aligns with Exro’s long-term commercial and operational objectives as well as meeting the customer or partner's needs.
Works with different business units within Exro to build a case for the program and gain the commitment of the department heads allowing the allocation of the necessary resources.
Be a role model, and thought leader advocating for program management and industry best practices
Help shape the long-term vision of program management.
Provides technical information, insight, and status updates from projects and programs as needed to support other operations groups such as sales, marketing, & engineering.
Collaborates with cross-functional team to ensure project timelines are met and escalates to management as needed.
Provides program management for development programs, focusing on:
- Assertive oversight of product development progress and completion
- Comprehensive communication and reporting to all levels of the organization
- Creates and manages program timelines to meet critical milestones
- Manage program status and ensure stakeholders are kept up to date on progress, as well as assuring alignment between stakeholders on program goals and objectives
- Identify, manage & mitigate program & project risks both macro and micro
