SNRG purchased the Hamilton property in Aug 17, 2017.
Purchased Belleville Sept, 2017.

No activity on the Hamilton property until 2 yrs ago.

There has been no construction activity at Hamilton for 18 months.

No equipment of any kind has been installed.

The Hamilton property looks unkept with weeds and trash everywhere.

Purchase was basically a VTB for 4 million and cash = 150.333 CAD.

Last financials had an total corporate operating deficit of 27,123,154 CAD disclosed Sept 30, 2022 since 2017.

The landlord should have made a deal with Thermotech Technologies at Hamilton.
