Actually the 3,000 MW of Energy Storage by 2030 has been changed.  In December 22 New York doubled it to 6000 MW by 2030 as they noticed they would not make it with the old amount.  They are slow to start and see great need with the electrification of vehicles in the next several years.  New York is ahead of Ontario so we will probably see NY sales first.
