Bioasis Technologies Inc. is a Canada-based biopharmaceutical company focused on research and development of technologies and products intended for the treatment of patients with nervous system, including central nervous system, diseases and disorders. The Company is engaged in the development of its xB 3 platform, which is a peptide-based technology, for the transport of therapeutic agents, in particular biological products, across the blood-brain barrier (BBB). ,,it seems clear to me in these posts,,,,,based on what I hear is that Lind would much prefer to be paid out in cash rather than have a worhtless technology seen as a stemming pile of you know what in their lap,,they would surely love to have shareholders take control of the company and go their own way,,,,,or am I wrong,,,,and Lind know they are shafting every one involved except the management team who has been asleep at the wheel,,,,which is it??????,,you cant have it both ways!!
