Heritage Cannabis Holdings Corp. is a Canada-based cannabis company offering products to both the medical and recreational legal cannabis markets in Canada and the United States. In the United States, it operates through, Opticann Inc., an oral and topical cannabinoid company.

Quailman, I'm going to contact Clint about a share buy back because the company hasn't disclosed anything as yet' The incentive stock given to employees is fine with me because it willgive them more motivation but amount of shares issued and outstanding is what concerns me the most which is sitting at 1.01 billion shares. Hopefully we see an uptick in the share price in the next few months.
